You could have done it the following waysġ) Create a shortcut to TeknoParroutUi.exe and placed that in the start up folder, and by adding the correct parameters into the target box in properties you could direct load into the game, in fact you could also make it so you don't get the Game Running pop up screen This is what it should look like (also in notepad a perfectly good text editor to use for ahk) It is very clear from everything you have said that you downloaded AHK and that the script was working to load up TeknoParrot but just not finding the game, and your recent picture shows the extra space as well Run, TeknoParrotUI.exe -startMinimized -profile=SRC.xml You only want TWO spaces in total, one after the comma after Run and ONE after the e in exeĪctually if you want it to look nice when you start it up then do this (With THREE spaces in total-one after comma-one after last e of exe and one after d of Minimized You need to put the profile=SRC.xml onto the line above so that it reads The script I'm giving you is for ahk only.Įdited Octoby give a more complete answer you had a minimum of 3 ways to do this, but first to answer why it isn't working. Putting it in notepad wont do anything for you. Once it's installed right click in any blank area in the folder select > new > autohotkey script, and put it there.

You need to install and use autohotkey and make an autohotkey script.
Very simple you're trying to use notepad that's why it wont work. Maybe I'm still missing a syntax or extra character as I have no experience in autohotkey scripts. I just added the other two attempts just to show you what I have tried.
Obviously the script shows three attempts but I only use one and save to try it. You will see in the pic I have the right xml file name. In the pic I have shown three different attempts, two of these putting the game xml in the same line as the run teknoparrotui.exe but none of these will load the game When I open the script it will load teknoparrot but still won't load the game. The script I have attached will find and open teknoparrot so I have the location of TP set up fine in the script. Sorry if I have caused any confusion and I really appreciate the help. I am not sure why it isn't working without more info. Or perhaps you didn't load the game in Teknoparrot. Look at my post below if you right click where I have underlined and choose copy address as text it will always give you the right path then just paste it in the script to get to Teknoparrot. Post your script if it's still not working. Like admin said the reason your script is wrong is you need to add the xml to the same line as teknoparrot just like my example shows. It's understandable to be stuck at some point but acting like I did nothing and you need step by step when I already gave it to you makes no sense. If you're getting stuck at some point ask but read the post I made. I already told you exactly what you need to do step by step and told you where to make adjustments.

Don’t forget to enable virtualization in your BIOS >Wait for the game to start, ignore the rivatuner error it doesn’t matter, leave the ppjoy window openĪnd that’s all! Runs fine with minimal slowdown on my 7850k APU so any midrange computer should be able to run this game fine in Virtualbox. In Virtualbox disable mouse integration (Input -> Mouse Integration) so the mouse doesn’t leave the VM (right ctrl to get the mouse back) >When it asks you to make a new hard drive select the Aliens.vhd file then run the VM. >In Virtualbox create a new VM with the following settings: >Make sure you have Virtualbox 5.0 installed () Those absolute legends over at 1cc have smashed open another quality actual arcade machine rip, this time in a VM Image!
